Custom WP Theme Designer

I've gone through the Warriors for hire and can't seem to find anyone that is advertising this service.

I'm in need of a simple WP theme, using a public domain photo as part of the header, adsense ready.

There are many WP designer advertising their services in Digital Point forum...from dirt cheap to astonishing design. Look for DP nickname orange in there...
