Adtrackz Gold Hiccups

Hi, I am looking for fellow Warriors who say they use AdTrackz Gold. I just installed and am a bit stuck. I tried a test campaign link and the redirect is failing on the domain adtrackz.com. Now, this domain has been down for months, what I don't understand is why the campaign even needs to reference another domain. I thought the purpose of installing AZG on my own domain was to not have to depend on another domain's uptime.

In February I checked adtrackz.com and was greeted with the message (Hacked by Flizza) Now it is just, "Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at adtrackz.com."

Trying to get my solos up and running and this is the last stage, setting up the tracking so would appreciate some help. thx

Looking more closely at that I remember selecting Affiliate tracking with this particular campaign. Testing for clicks only WORKS FINE. that is enough for me to get started but I would appreciate any info regarding the above for future ref. Thanks again!

    I have problem with ATG also.
    Ones installed under one domain no mater what link I want to track,
    the generated tracking always redirects to the main page of the site it's installed on.
    Why is that?

      Hi Michael,

      I just encountered this problem myself and what I have found is that, if your campaign description has an apostrophe in it, that is ', the tracking link will redirect to your ATG dashboard.

      It's really weird but when I got rid of that apostrophe in the description it worked fine so yeah, just to let you know and hope it works out for you.

    I had a few problems with AdTrackz too... Anyone in the forum using Prosper202 to track solos?

    I know people use Prosper202 to track ppc campaigns and media buys, but it looks like an optin to track solos... and it's free

    What do you guys think?

    I'm still having problems with the installation on my Godaddy hosting and there seems to be no support for the product. I have just recently purchase this and I may have to return if I can't get it to work.

      I really see lack of support from astrackz.
      But i know there's great support from the guys at bevomedia and imobitrax. These platforms can track any type of campaigns.

    I purchased AdTrackzGold about a month ago. I installed it as per the instructions and it has been working just fine ever since.

    I contacted support for a few questions and they responded within hours. He informed me he had recently taken over the software from the old owners who had given up on things and had ceased support.

    But I've had no issues myself whatsoever. Their support was always very quick for me. Make sure you are contacting the right support address.

    I've had ATG for a few months now. Initially I had problems with file not found (404) errors but after contacting support (they responded within a few hours) It turns out that some of the file permissions were not set properly in my original installation. After resetting the permissions that problem went away.
    The instructions include the permission settings. Just read them carefully.
    Once you get it running ATG is great. Good Luck
