Reviews not posting from Kindle App?
I also posted this in the Warrior Book Club, although I didn't receive even one response.
Wondering if others have seen this?
There were three individuals that left reviews for my book from the Kindle app.
Two were from an iPad and one from an iPhone.
They all finished my book and clicked through to the page at the end where you leave a review, left a review and even got the message that said your review will be posted in 24-48 hours.
None of these reviews ever ended up being posted, even after 48 hours.
The same three individuals went to their computers and left the review from within Amazon in their account page and the reviews showed up within minutes of them finishing.
Has anyone else noticed this and does Amazon know about this error?
I have scoured Google and there is no mention of this anywhere.
With more and more readers using their mobile devices to read and post reviews, could we be possibly losing tons of reviews?
I hope someone else knows more about this than I do.
