need help in setting up Mail Chimp

Hi, i want to create a suqeez page and integrate mail chimp so i can get the email submit leads into my mail chimp. Just signed up for mail chimp. created a list. But don't know how to insert that form into my squeez page.

any one there can help me ?

    I'm sorry,but I can't help but notice that you're offering "6 figure strategies posting WSO's" and "make 200/day on craigslist", but you can't figure out how to work an autoresponder like MailChimp???

    Somehting doesn't smell right over here....:rolleyes:
