What's the best resource for site flipping?

Hello, I want to get into site flipping and I was wondering what you warriors know to be (from personal experience would be best) a good course for learning everything I need to know, in depth?

I'm interested in either buying & selling sites, or building & selling sites. Looking for a proven model to follow, and be able to easily hand off the course to teach my team.

    I am researching this as well. I found a couple of interesting offers in the WSO thread. One is a domain sniper tool (pretty solid) but it's not a "soup to nuts" method (although there IS some of that in there to go off of). I am also engaging with a coach that came HIGHLY recommended.

    The best thing to do is read up, follow some threads here, learn about "Flippa" (website) and run from there.

      Also, any warriors know if microniche adsense sites still work? Exact match domains, keyword targetted articles, a lil bit of seo?

    i think the most important thing about flipping website business is that it takes alot of time and patience to get something out of it ...
    As you mentioned that you are planning to buy a website and then flip it ... i think it wont be a good idea ... a better plan will be to develop you website and when it start making some money then flip it ....

    It is a very profitable thing but you need to have a great team and plan it before ... i think there are some great WSO's out there .... there is one from Austin A. Anthony which i really like.

    If you have a team of people then it will be great help, as it is really difficult to develop a website single handed.

    I watched a webinar recently that featured probably the best training that I've ever seen on site flipping. I'm not sure if it is still available or not but the offer is at Get ELF! - Job Crusher . This is not an affiliate link and it is not cheap, but it also comes with an incredible guarantee.

    If there is enough interest I might create a low cost WSO on some easy and profitable site flipping methods.

    Probably Flippa blog itself is one of the best resources for website Flipping, I also would suggest subscribing to their newsletter.

      I would jump onto Flippa and check out sites to buy and sell. I have tried a couple other sites but they arent as trust worthy. I have bought and sold a couple of sites and it does get a little tricky transferring all the accounts over but a great way to make some good money.
      If you buy a website that is making money, you will have passive income coming in and if you refurb the website you can always sell it for more than first bought if you have added value.
      great thing about buying websites you already have a business working for you and the hard work has been done with backlinks, SEO etc

        There is a free course at Protrada.com pretty basic and about flipping Domains
        Then there is Dominiche by Ed Dale and Danny B Dominiche good and comprehensive but looks likes closed or on waiting list. (best to strip out the audios as Ed rambles on a bit) or you can get the course by becoming a member of the Immediate Edge at Get The Immediate Edge but waiting list only. You may get in with a $1 trial for 7 days so you can view the course before you go full hog. PM me if interested as I am a member and may be able to get you in.

    I use Flippa.com for selling my websites when I am done with them. Their name is based off of flipping websites so you would think that you could make some money from flipping your websites on Flippa.com. They allow payments through PayPal and Escrow. The only downside is that there is a $29 listing fee for each website.
