XsitePro Question

Quick (and basic) question regarding XsitePro

I've been using Xsite for about 2 years now and have never used the "Description for sitemaps adn meta tags" feature on the Info Tabs section.

I'm sure doing so is rather important, so what information do I put in there? I'm guessing some key words, but is just a list or do I put in actual text, etc? (I'm totally clueless on this topic, so any light you can shed on it for me would be greatly appreciated.

    meta tags- these are keywords that are targeted to your website. such as if you are doing dog training you would use the meta tags such as: dog training, training dogs, dog guides etc. it is a list of words that relate to your page

    The description is what Google will show underneath your title page. Make sure you use relevant keywords in your description. It should be about 100-200 words.
    example: dogtraining.com is your guide for the best dog training tips and advice. We offer everything from how to train your dog to fetch, bark, shake etc. dogtraining.com is your number one source for top dog training products.
