Ninja 1-click opt-in software

Hey gang,

I have seen some software on here that I want to use. 1-click opt-in software. When an email is sent and the customer clicks on it, it automatically subscribes them to your aWeber, GR, etc account. Does anyone know of any software for this?

    Would that not infringe on CAN-SPAM policy and would be against aweber, GR ?

    Are you thinking of a confirmation email?

    How are you getting their initial email address?

    If they are entering it into your opt-in form and then you send them an email, then what you are talking about is a confirmation email.

    if you are talking about scrapping emails throughout the internet then what you are talking about is spam and would be against Aweber and others TOS and would quickly get your account deleted

    He was getting 1 click WEBINAR REGISTRATION mixed up with 1 click optins. To my knowledge 1 click optins doesn't exist and is a breach of TOS with every autoresponder, whereas 1 click webinar registration can be done through Lead Pages (Lead Links) and a couple others.

    Most autoresponder companies will require a user to enter their email address. It's to cover their back and yours.
