Perfect Post Plugin...losing my mind?

Hoping someone can point out what I am doing wrong...

First time user of "Perfect Post" and I'm stuck on the final step.

At the bottom of the Squidoo page for "PP" it says "After you've completed all of the fields, open up the matching template file and copy the contents of it into your post editor box..."

I'm not sure where the template file is that I am supposed to open?

I see three options on the last step "Load" - "Initialize" - "Save"

"Load" loads the saved template (exact page I am looking at), "Initialize" looks like it will reset the fields and "Save" saves the content into the template.

Just not seeing where the finished template is...wondering if I should be getting a pop-up or???

      Sorry...won't happen again. Apparently the helpful spirit of this forum drained away in the five years I was away.
