Where to submit non-english articles?

Hi. I have a Serbian website and I want to know if there are any article websites that accept non-english articles. So far I find only Squidoo, but I need a few more, dofollow and nofollow.

Search for the phrase "submit your article" or "submit article" in your language.

I tried, no luck. If there is some site that accepts articles internationally on other languages.

  I have been submitting articles for more than a decade. I have never seen such a site.

  There is a huge gap here, for people who write in any language but English.
  
  The only thing that ever prevented me from opening a Spanish-language article directory was the fact that I could not speak Spanish myself.

I think that ezinearticles will take Spanish articles, but that's the only non-English language they support.

If someone wants to set up a site, make sure it has support for non-Western scripts like Chinese, etc.
