    Hi Eric...
I have been using Article Marketing successfully for over 2 years now and I got my start from Travis Sago and his bummarketingmethod.com.. really a good place to start and learn. After learning the basics then you can start to hone your skills on what you really want to accomplish. PM me anytime for advice as I am always willing to help anyone in the article marketing field...

    Hope this helps...:0)

Don't wanna be all promoting or anything in here, but my honest recommendation would be to join the NicheChoppers forums, TONS of material on this kind of stuff in there.

Sales page is on Niche Choppers | Make Money With Niche Products | Affiliate Marketing & Webmaster Forums, no aff link

If mods find this inappropriate just delete this post...

Hey Eric, Travis is a good one to learn article marketing from. We interviewed him and several other top article marketers and created this: Brad Callen's Free Article Submitter (ignore the anchor text. That is not what it is... that's just the title of the page for some reason)

Not many know about it because it's a backend product to another product we sell, and I've never posted the link anywhere else... but thought this might help. It's a very good interview series if you're looking to build a good, solid base.

I'm new to this forum, but I've been lurking around awhile learning a lot in the process. I'm also new to internet marketing. As a matter of fact, I had never even heard of it until about three months ago. A whole new world opened up to me that I never knew existed. I'm just now getting to the point where I feel like I can answer questions.

When I first started learning, I spent a lot of time in the forums, and I learned a lot from Warrior Forums. The rest of the forums just seemed to be stagnant. I spent countless hours perusing the forums here, but I just couldn't "connect the dots". As I started looking at the different programs offered, they all seemed to require more purchases after the initial membership to start earning money.

I'm just a school music teacher looking for ways to pay off debts. I love my job, and I don't want to find a way out of it. I just want to be debt-free. It's truly amazing just what's out there, and a lot of the programs sure seemed like scams. I can't speak for many of them, but I can speak for the one I belong to.

I feel a little sheepish making my first post about something I belong to, but when I read the question, I found myself like the proverbial schoolkid with my hand in the air saying, "I know, I know".

While I didn't have a problem with paying something for an education, I found myself wondering just how far it would go. The first thing I found that just "felt" right was Wealthy Affiliate University. I joined a little over two months ago, and I haven't regretted it at all. I've finished the eight week program, and I have ezine articles posted, squidoo lenses, and a couple of websites so far. For someone who knew nothing about internet marketing two months ago, I feel pretty good about it.

My head was spinning for awhile, but they have a great training program that works wonders. It is scheduled to last for eight weeks, but they also have a learning center that covers quite a bit at your own pace. You just don't see many bad reviews of Wealthy Affiliate.

Check it out. I think you'll like it. I guess that ends my first post of what I hope will be many.

Seriously there are 3 people I'd pay close attention to:

    1) Steve Wagenheim, right here on the forum
    2) Tim Gorman, Article Marketing Strategies
    3) Josh Spaulding, Internet Marketing with Josh Spaulding
