Niche Marketing On Crack..still relevant or old hat?

Hi

I dug out my old copy of Niche Marketing On Crack from a couple of years back and did well with the advice at the time (it was the inspiration behind the sites that earn my money today, although I mainly promote my niche sites offline because of my target audience).

Having been out of the loop is it still relevant or is the information dated now?

Thanks

Gary

Still a lot of stuff in that book that works just fine.

he's got a lot of blogging basics and fundamentals in there that will probably still be good 5 or 10 years from now.
    definitely an IM classic.

The basic principles of Andrew's great book will probably work for a very
long time, though with the way things change on the Internet there is no
way to really tell the future.

For now, I'll go out on a limb and say that if you use what's in it, you'll get
some decent results out of it.

A lot of these solid strategies will be around for years to come. If you find something that works, there's no reason to stop using it.

Having only just recently read NMOC (yeah, I know I'm a bit behind with this one), my only concern is using actual product names as my domain name.

How safe is this from a legal point of view?

Any views or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Peter's question is a really good one, I think.

Anyone care to share their thoughts?

I have it and it's a very good and relevant piece of the whole picture of niche marketing. If you stick with it, you can get some good results and work from there.

If you're completely baffled as to how to get started in niche marketing beyond the research that Andrew shows you how to do, you can pick up a copy of my book (see sig) on Amazon for the rest of the details (like site building, copywriting, getting backlinks and so forth!) Use them both together and there's no telling what you might accomplish
