Has anyone had this problem with their site?

For the life of me, I can't figure this out. My website has been up and running fine for about a month now with only a few glitches. Today I was on a DSL connection (UGH!) and my website would not show up. I phoned friends who were NOT on DSL and the site loaded fine. Just two days ago I was on the same computer and had no problems.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? (By the way, every other website I went to today on the DSL connection loaded fine).

    That's happened to me before.

I just cleaned out my history & cache and it worked, not sure if that'll help but you can try!

Unfortunately, that didn't work. Thanks for trying though!

Clear your cache and try again; if that doesn't work it could be a temporary issue with the DNS. Just wait a few hours and try again.

It could be a network problem. The next time this happens to you, run a traceroute to see if the connection is timing out somewhere. To run a traceroute, do the following:

      * Go to Start > Run
      * Type cmd, the click OK
      * In the command prompt, type tracert domain (eg. tracert www.yoursite.com)

Take note of where it times out, if any. Be sure to take down the IP address or hostname of the server that timed out. You'll need to contact the DSL provider with that information so they can try to fix the problem.

        From the command prompt type:
        ipconfig /flushdns

This will flush your dns cache at the system level.

In your browser clear the cache and quit. The restart your browser.
