AWeber Follow Up Email Question

I'm new to using AWeber for email marketing. My default follow up email is a
"Thank for For Subscribing" email. Just yesterday i created another follow up email that just gives the subscriber a little more info on what the list is all about...My dilemma is getting that message sent to the subscriber right after the first follow up message. There is a way to set intervals between follow up messages, but they are separated by days, and i want the message to be sent ASAP, the interval can only go as low as 1, and setting it to 0 want do anything at all, but that doesn't matter, because it's still set in days...

Can someone please explain to me how to get 2 follow up emails to be sent back to back using AWeber?

    You can't.

The first message can go out right away but the minimum interval for the next message is 1 day so it would be sent 1 day after the initial message.

I don't see why you need two separate emails. You don't need an email saying 'thanks for subscribing'. It serves no real purpose. If they subscribe then send them the first proper email in your sequence.

I agree, send one email that says "Thanks for Subscribing, and the next email you wanted to send all in one email! BTW, IMO, they are most likely to read that email, and if you get them interested they may read your follow ups.

If you send such a generic first email, chances are they won't read any other emails you send them!

Ok, so i'll just combine them. It would be more convenient in terms of the availability of options by AWeber, so i guess there's really no need for the option to create more than one follow up email.

They don't allow this feature because they do not want to give people the ability to spam their lists. One email per day is more than enough so that's the minimum they allow you to do.

You can thank people in your first sentence, it really doesn't need to be a separate email.

      "Hi,

Thanks again for downloading the free report. I know you're going to love it.

      Have you ever wondered why...."
