Aweber Issues in Messages?

Hey, is anyone having problems with Aweber with their messages. When I test the email It shows up as http://clicks.aweber.com/aaaaaaetc... I would like my link to be more like makemoneyonline.com (not affiliate link) not the aweber link. I'm using plain text only but just noticed it doing that.

Any advice

Thanks

Do you have "track clicks" selected?

Then you'll have to turn it off if you want your links to display differently. Otherwise, the only way Aweber can track clicks, is if the links go through them first.

Thanks...so is there another way to track links on when some clicks on the email followup? I just hate that aweber.click.com link

Yes, just use your own links and Google Analytics or your own tracking program.

Or use a url shortening service like bitly that tracks the links for you.

I agree though, those Aweber links are very ugly and you shouldn't use them.

As rightly advised by other fellow warriors, you were using track clicks ON while testing. It is a standard way for any Email Service Provider to track the clicks by adding their own domain name inside the message. You can also use a URL shortening service like goo.gl from google or bit.ly for tracking your link clicks.
