Alternative to PayPal for Bangladesh?

Here's the deal: India and Bangladesh have recently outlawed online wallets, meaning if you want to send them money, you have to send it directly to their bank. Now that's OK, except I have a killer writer in Bangladesh who really wants to get paid faster than oDesk's 10-day delay -- but her bank won't accept foreign currency and then translate it into Taka for her.

Is there a service that can accomplish this goal? Payza, Payoneer, and PopMoney all insist on giving the money in USD. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I feel like there's a really obvious solution waiting to slap me in the face and I just haven't seen it.

    Bangladesh didn't "outlaw" online wallets, not sure where you got that information from. Send her the money on Moneybookers or Payza, and she can withdraw it to her bank (takes around 3 days for processing). All banks accept US$ remittance, if her "bank" doesn't accept foreign currency then it's not a bank at all.
