here is a email that I sent to a blogger in my niche you guys can use it to get some ideas, this email has never failed me

Hi __________,
My name is, jonathan, I am a small private investor like yourself. I run SimplenCheap.com, I am trying to increase my reputation within the value investing communities by writing guest posts. I've been reading your site for 2 years and I'm a big fan (my favorite post was you're your fundamental business valuation process post - it helped me decide to put my process down on paper).
I'm interested in writing a guest post for you -- something you've never posted on -- and I have an idea that I think your readers would love:

I know you're busy, so I can write everything up and send it to you in one document, which you can drop right into WordPress. I'll handle all editing, bylines, etc (feel free to edit) so this is super-easy for you. Plus, I promise the guest post will get your readers thinking.

    This is pretty good, similar to my own templates. However, I don't recommend cold emailing anyone. The networking process is important and I never pitch to anyone within the first 2 emails. Sure, it might take a little more time, but it is a much better strategy than cold emailing potential syndicators. ESPECIALLY if they are bigger names or even A-listers.
