What free method do you use for bulk emailing?

Just curious what FREE methods you guys use for bulk emailing?

1 idea that comes to mind is setting up 10 or 20 gmails. As I recall they allow 500 per 24-hour period. With this setup would you need to use a proxy when logging into each gmail to send?

Pile on your ideas and methods guys.

Why would you need to send that many e-mails form your own account?

If you wanted to do that properly, you could just get your own domain and set up the email, then use SMTP to send.

    What is this for?

    Definition of spam.

    BULK unsolicited email.

Why are you sending email in bulk? You should have no need unless using an autoresponder where people have opted in and given you their permission.

I get thousands of leads every month from a service I'm signed up with. They recommend a bulk email provider to email these leads, but trying to avoid the monthly overhead for that. It's not spam.

There is no such thing as free lunch. I dont understand why would any email service provider wanna let you mail to your lists without charging you. That way they would not be able to run their business for long.

Email marketing services have to pay a cost for running their services. I can tell you this from my personal experience. They have to pay bills , pay salaries etc. A free service provider will be very low quality and may not be able to run this business model for long.

If you get thousands of leads each month and cover the cost of an autoresponder you are either not getting these leads in an ethical way or you're doing something seriously wrong in your business...

I only send emails to permission based emails using AWeber. This is the correct way to do email marketing.

There is no doubt that some paid services are of superior quality, but creative and free methods cannot be discounted. The phrase that comes to mind here is you can do more with less, in some cases.

From what I am told the Gmail concept works and it is effective, and it's also FREE. These leads opted into work from home opportunity sites provided by the company that sells the leads. They have already granted permission to receive emails related to working from home. The thing is, they are not yet on my list, so this is why the initial emails are sent out.

There is free lunch always available, just look for it. I see paid services of many things, and then I also see their free alternative. I see people selling information, and I see people freely providing the same information.

Ok but I don't understand why anyone serious about an Online Marketing business would result to even trying something like this though. Gmail is not an autoresponder service, so how do you plan on keeping in contact with that list or is the whole purpose constantly trying to get people to sign up to this "Work From Home" business?

Keep in mind that wherever you got these leads from, they've most likely be hounded to death by "opportunities" and all you're doing is passing them on to a service to repeat exactly the same steps you are doing. There's no real marketing involved here, it just seems like your waving people to get on and that's all.

I get thousands of leads every month from a service I'm signed up with
So how do you plan on managing each and every one of those with Gmail? Please tell me your thought concept behind this because I'd really like to know.

The idea is ultimately to get them to optin. So the initial email is to direct them to the capture page.

you can not send more than 20 emails per account from gmail per hour. for massive mailing as per your needs, you will have to get a dedicated mail server with lots of IPs on it

I don't think that it would work, not in any sense of the word. Or at least, not unless you want a dogs dinner, rather than a business.

Can you imagine how much time it will take, instead of using an auto-responder that nicely organises everything for you??

People use these tools because they're useful and help their business, and this is why you're not getting much in the way of help with your suggestion. You can do it, but to be honest, it's a bit of a waste of time, and spammy looking. You shouldn't run a business based on something that you have no control over, because there are no safeguards in place to prevent Google from just shutting your accounts...

Are you saying that you will get a bunch of e-mails and then spam them with an affiliate link? It won't work - you need to build a relationship with your list, but having a proper conversation with them. In time they will you and buy the product. Until then they will likely be cynical of anything you promote.

Don't do it mate, there are better ways, even if you do have to pay for them. A 4! trial for first month with aWeber would be better...

If you are looking to use an autoresponder that is cheaper than Aweber or Get Response, try MailChimp.

They allow you to have a list of up to 2,000 subscribers for FREE.
