Namecheap - Domains not forwarding

I noticed a drop in traffic yesterday from a couple of my domains that I use with Namecheap. I tried changing the link inside the URL forwarding feature and saving changes but that didn't work. I then went on live chat and they said the problem was resolving and it could take up to 2 hours.

Well it never worked after 2 hours and they are still not working today. Anybody else having this same problem? The weird thing is that I have 3 other domains with Namecheap and they are working fine.

I have a few of domains hosted there and never had any problem with them. Their support team is good too. Maybe you should hire someone on freelance sites to help you with this if you can't handle it or just ask the support team to do it for you.

Namecheap is not the registrar for your domain, and any changes you make there have to be updated at whois.enom.com

Things are usually prompt, but you are dealing with the middleman, not the registrar.

When any problems occur at either enom or namecheap or somewhere in between you have to wait until the problem is found and resolved.

That's why I moved all my domains to name.com.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.
