Two Sales in "Analytics" Only one under "Transaction" Can someone explain this?

Hey warriors,

Good morning to all.

I was just checking one of my clickbank account and saw something that I do not understand.

Under the transaction section I only see one sale but when I go to analytics I see 3 hops and two sales.

Now I don't know what is happening here because normally the sales would show up under "transaction" first before they even show up in "analytics"

So if anyone have any idea what's happening here could you please shed some light?

Thanks

Was 1 sale refunded? I have noticed this behavior once when a sale was refunded.

It's obviously a problem and with Clickbank you'll never find out the answer.

So your analytics tracks the clicks and sales? How?

If a person who bought your product first time and comes to the tracking/download page SECOND time (by saving that link in his Faves), there is always a possibility that your software records it as second sale.

Exclude that first. Your analytics should be able to ignore the hit from same ip with in 'n' amount of time.

The thing is it is an affiliate product so I don't know what is happening.

If it was my product I could diagnose the problem.

        Awe well......
