Classified advertising for list building

What do you think about setting up classified ads for doing list building in OMM Niche ?

I am planning to use backpage and craigslist both.

Let me know if some one used that before for list building.

    Its a lot of work to advertise manually plus the OMM is very competitive.. Craigslist is getting more and more difficult. I am sure its possible but expect to spend a lot of time and $...

      Ok i am trying backpage. But not getting good results so for in list building.

      So what do you suggest to send traffic to a squeeze page and start list building ?

    Not to be frank, but what exactly is OMM? And how are you capturing the leads pingsters? Are sending them a sales page or an optin form?

    Usually your ads will get taken down as soon as you put them up on craigslist.

    I have actually used adlandpro and posted an ad and got clicks and 2 opt ins from just one ad.

      I think you're going to find back page to be pretty unresponsive unless you're selling shall we say "feel good services".

    I think it will be hard but it will be worth to test it. But if it is done manually by yourself, i doubt you will see much results from it.
