Is there any Customer Service for Squidoo?

I have been trying to get help with my Squidoo account for over a month. I've tweeted to @Squidoo and they said send a request to contentconcerns@squidoo.com. I've sent 5 or 6, over the last 6 weeks and get ZERO response!

How does a company like this not offer customer service??! Or not responds to (friendly! not angry - yet) requests for help?

If anyone knows another way to get help with my account, please advise. Thank you for your help.

    I have an account with a very good lens that brings a lot of traffic to my site and offers really good information.

    Just over a month ago Squidoo did a shakedown on less than stellar lenses (poor content). I think when I logged in I *absent mindedly* clicked 'locked me out of my lenses I don't want to do business according to Squidoo new rules', OR squidoo locked me out because it didn't like my content.

    Thing is, its all my own content, but I took some from my own website and reposted it to the lens. I did the same thing with an article that I had published on Ezine Articles, I republished it in the lens.

    I have requested help and even offered this same explanation to Squidoo in my emails, but aside from the auto 'we received your email' no one will respond to me or let me back in to my account.

    If they have a problem with the republished content, I will remove it, I just need someone to speak to me and give me access to the lens.

    Any idea what I can do?
