These are woothemes optimize
and
Thesis 2

The second option is a bit more expensive but worth every penny.

I am a big fan of WooTheme's Canvas. It is clean and easily customizable. I've run simple sites on it that maintain the clean look (example: amakar.com) and I also customized them to add color (tacticalprojectmanagement.com).

Plus WooThemes support is excellent which helps when you want to make tweaks but are unfamiliar with the entire framework.

You need right tools if you need to get things done easily and efficiently.

The ideal theme for a blog, I recommend Optimizepress. They a very good after sale customer service.

You may need some plugins as well like Optskin which allow you to make cutomized optin forms on your site without any techy knowledge.

Genesis framework is good as well. Many other free versions and low priced once are there too but the value you get for a small pricce out way the benefits of getting free stuff. I do not mean that all free ones are not to use. The point is you need to make a decision depeding your need and your budget.

I use these themes for ease, SEO, and clean feel:

Optimize Press Theme - for forward facing and membership
Studio Press - Balance Theme - forward facing
and Woo Themes - canvas theme - forward facing

Optimizepress if you want a full-feature theme with lots of canned customization options or for a simple free theme either Wordpress 2012 or 2013 themes are used by many as the basic, clean theme.

I recently bought Clickbump (only $27 via Scott's sig link), and wish I'd got it years ago. The default Canvas skin is very clean, and it's so easy to customise, with loads of built in features. Very quick and easy to get a professional site up and running.

I think OptimizePress is great for building squeeze pages, sales pages, membership pages and sales funnels but the OptimizePress blog template is very limited - OK for a small blog inside a membership site or as part of a sales funnel but very limited if you want it to be your main authority/content site to build your brand. I've been researching this over the last few days and have decided to buy WooThemes Canvas (highly customizable) to use as my main blog and use OptimizePress (which I already have) for everything else.
