De-list Blackhat pages from Google?

A while back there was a thread here that talked about how to de-index/de-list pages listed in Google, in particular, de-listing blackhat pages that are ranking top 3 for product names. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone point me to it? It was listed as a faster way than sending DMCA. IIRC it was just a link to a page on Google that let you input URL, reason for removal, etc. The poster said within hours the page was no longer ranked on page #1 of Google for product name.
