Has a Huge List of Targeted Emails

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

I got email list from a niche forum. There people are full with my targeted audience. I am thinking of adding these emails to my interspire app. But what to do now? Should i send some free offers or directly send paid offers to them?

Can anyone experienced help me with this.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but ... the fact that it's a list you "got" in a forum doesn't mean they've opted in to your list, and it doesn't make it legitimate for you to send them anything at all.

The quality/usefulness of such lists is typically notoriously low, even under far better circumstances than the ones you're describing here.

Nothing devalues a list like selling/transferring/"getting" it does.

If they didn't give permission to be contacted by you, it wouldn't be permission-based marketing anyway.

Understandably, there probably isn't an autoresponder company in the world that will let you upload that list, and if you email them yourself, using a self-hosted autoresponder, it will be your own internet connection, email service provider, hosting and domain-registration that you're laying on the line when there are spam complaints. And there will be some spam reports.

Apologies for replying so negatively, but you did ask, and contacting them would probably be a very poor idea.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply...i got an idea here...i will ask the forum owner to send a solo ad to his users..i think now, it looks legitimate..

  Not a lot you can do, if you want to be an internet marketer and not just a spammer, then try to build your own list. Buying a solo looks like a good idea, you will see how active the list is anyhow this way.

  I study "medical sociology", not medicine per se: I'm a very, very part-time postgraduate student. (I started doing IM part-time at the start of the second year of my undergraduate/first degree, hoping that I could gradually build up enough income from it not to have to "get a job" when I graduated, and now I do almost nothing else ).

Firstly, You need the following:
1- Squeeze Page - i recommend: killervideosqueezepages.com
2- Auto-Responded - i recommend: aweber.com
3- Free Contents such a report or video to giveaway to your subscribers
4- Generate traffic - banners in well targeted website and solo ads is recommended
6- start promote /or sell other products to your list

Nobody will sell there list anyway. And if you keep sending them emails without there permission. Email spam rate will be high and the autoresponder company will shut down your account.

As Alexa said, it’s usually not a good idea to send bulk emails to a non-opt-in list. It will make you a spammer, and most email service providers won’t allow you to email such a list with their service.
Letting the forum owner send an ad for you is a better idea. If the audience is really targeted, the results should not be bad.
