There are many niches in the DOE "Directory of Ezines"

Increase Sales - Zillow Premier Agent (although maybe not what you want)

10 dollar solo ads have real estate ad

Brown-Harris-Stevens advertising

For best results email your regular ad brokers and ask if they have a real estate list. But you need to know whom you are targeting.
IE, real estate brokers and agents, home buyers, rental agents or renters etc. use those keywords along with "solo advertising" email advertising" etc.

Just don't use the word realtor because that word is a (C) word owned by the National Association of Realtors. That is why agents and brokers have to pay dues to use the word and realty you need to see if that is trade marked or not.

Here's a suggestion that I have not seen no one mention yet. Try Googling your question. Sometimes your question has already been asked by someone inside your niche and plus you'll be able to find out the answer much more faster that way.

Hi,

You could look to find high traffic blogs within those niche areas.

Then you could approach those website owners and try to bargain
a deal with them to see if you can send an email out to their lists if
they own one of course.

Look on their blog/website to see if they are building an email list.

If they are ask them if they're willing to allow you to pay them
a fee for sending out an ad of yours to their list.

find a direct mail list broker, tell them what you need and instead of paying for addresses pay for email, then use facebooks custom audience feature to advertise to them

Did you go to the google keyword planner and search for high traffic keywords in your niche, then go to google and go down the serps and find businesses and people to contact and see if they have a mailing list?
