Hi few days ago I launched my web designing website ( check link bellow)
after that I posted some threads to get an idea to get started ( I had/have 500$ to invest) i got some good comments but there where so much different comment that I dont know what to do, even someone offert to coach me
i have been talking with him a couple days but he says to me that i should start
doing affiliate marketing because that would be easier  im a bit confused right now.because i am a amateur in I.M and i really don't know what i should do and who i should listen to, but one thing i know for sure that is that
i want to start a online business, i really need help/coaching from other web-designer who have allot of experience in this niche, i really need to have a income from my online business because at the moment i dont have a income
and i had plenty of jobs done in the past were i got fired because i hated the jobs that i needed to do, im not lazy but i just hate to listen to someone that shouts at me, it makes it impossible for me to work, so i want to do what ever it takes to have a income from my online business and of-course i will listen to my coach,
i hoop to find a good coach and if it eventually worked on what this person learned me he/she will get a reward for his effort.

Good coaches want to get paid, they won't do it hoping for a "reward"

Yeah not to sound mean to you, but I am being honest, there is literally nobody that would be willing to take you up on this offer to be your coach for "a reward" ... coaches get paid, and good coaches get paid A LOT.

My suggestion to you is to find out where in IM you want to improve and dedicate yourself to that specific element of the industry. There are a ton of articles here at WF and some solid WSOs if you look in that forum too.

Hi, here are a couple of things you can do right now.

      1. Lose that pic of the women holding her head with both hands, looks more like she's in pain.

      2. build a couple sites for business in a box niches and sell them on flippa to get some cash coming in.

      3. Offer your services here on the WF.

      4. Write a really good email and send it to the contact us on peoples sites that stink. Yeah, sure you will only get 1 job for 500 emails but you'll get jobs.

      5. Once you have a little income hire an outsourcer off Odesk to do the emails for you.

      6. Once you have a budget hire a copywriter to write the copy on your site.
I'm a copywriter but your budget is only a 10th of what I would charge to redo a site or to do 1 long copy sales letter.

You don't need a coach at all there are tons of marketing methods right here on the forum for a few bucks.

Use the methods I laid out for you and take action.

Coach. No coach. Either way you are needing to take action, and follow a plan. Since it sounds like you don't want to pay a coach. You are going to need to become your own coach.
Set a goal. Create a plan. Follow that plan day in day out by setting mini goals, and reaching at least one of them a day. Have a get done list!!! Not a to do list. Keep at it and then if all else fails follow the great post 2 above me : )

PS. I personally would not give you coaching for free mainly because I can't control your actions. Real people, real time out of real lives costs real money.

A good coach is not going to coach without getting paid! Marie Forleo says it best, I'll quote her below.

Would you walk in to a retail store and grab a hand full of clothing and walk out the door without paying! So why do you think that you can get into my head and pick my brain, and take everything you can get your hands on without paying me.

I think to start out you can buy a low cost WSO in which you can do it all by youself instead of paying high sum of money just for a coach.

If I were in your situation, what I would do is that I would search for other web designers who are promoting their services (Here in the WF and out of the WF). I would contact them, letting them know that I'm starting my own web design business and that I would like to "pick their brain" for 15 minutes or so via phone or Skype. This will help you in many ways:

    1) It will help you clarify some things you might not understand yet that they've already went through and can help out.

    2) You can start building relationships with those around your area of expertise which is always a good thing in business.

All in all, you have to take action, like others have mentioned.

Set goals, achieve smalls goals (1-3) each day.

    And continue moving forward.

    Hope this helps!

i really need help/coaching from other web-designer who have allot of experience in this niche
    What niche is that, exactly?

    4. Write a really good email and send it to the contact us on peoples sites that stink.
Really? "Be a spammer." Great advice.

there are tons of marketing methods right here on the forum for a few bucks.
Yep, buy some WSOs, that's the answer.

I offer online business coaching, but I don't muck around.
John's really a softie but he doesn't want anyone to know. (:

Stop screwing around and hire a coach. You can bang your head against the wall (figuring it out yourself) for years and have nothing to show for it.

Find someone who knows what they are doing and follow their instructions to the letter.

    Here is my 2 cents:

    1) Do not use the money right now for coaching, instead hire some consultants here on WF by the hour for what ever it is you need. Wait for a COACH for later , maybe later to to acquire the internet marketing skills you need, the reason I am saying do not get a coach, is because $500 dollars is not enough and you will be left dangling for more information, you should put aside maybe 500 minimum per month for a coach, for about a 6 - 12 months.

    2) You could hire a consultant which is different on a hourly rate, shop around you need to make that money stretch as far as possible. You need to minimize your mistakes you are about to make, nothing wrong with making them, but what is wrong if you do don't do everything you can to avoid costly mistakes so list down what it is you need to get done, what you need help with, what tools you need, etcccc

    3) I would say, you are better off taking that money and using it very wisely. I would instead, make you sure you use part of that money to get the infrastructure of the website up, set up a free report to offer prospective future clients, a optin form, a autoresponder email series to followup, a sales funnel, also optimized seo content that is automatically scheduled for several months in your blog to draw people in organically through the search engines, business cards to hand out to local businesses.

    4) Start offline instead first finding clients, while you are learning how to drive traffic to your website for free online, this way you can do what is called self funding marketing, makes sales offline to fund your growth online

    5) Make sure you do proper SEO to your website, instead of doing nationwide based SEO, do instead LOCAL SEO... so you will generate FREE LEADS ORGANICALLY FROM GOOGLE ....because it will be easier to rank locally in your city or town then nationwide. Hire a seo consultant for a hour to set you up, study and buy a seo book, take a seo course, hire a seo coach, or find someone that gives you free seo coaching

    6) If you make the right moves, you can do WONDERS WITH YOUR $500...get a lot of help here on WF a lot of great people here that will help for free ! I was helped tremendously here for a long time for my offline marketing needs.

Good Luck... let us know how it goes and if you need more help
