Here is to my stupidity!

Okay,

I want to add an "ORDER NOW" button to my sales page.

So my problem is that I can get the button on there with the IMG tags but I can not make it clickable.

When the button is clicked, I want it to bring up an Word Document for an order form with instruction in the order form.

I have to be able to use this in WF's WYSIWYG editor.

Any help would be great!

    Try clicking on the "attachments" button in the advanced editor and upload your order form. Then link your image to that file?

      Thank you for the response.

      I already have it linked to a word in the page but I was hoping to attach it to the order button so that when someone clicked on the button they would get the order form. Order form is a Word Document.

      I will be changing this at a later date when the review copies are all gone.

      I apologize that I was not clear enough in my process explanation:

      For the first few people...they will get review copies.

      After 10 or so people I will change it to a buy now button.

      I hope this makes sense now.

    When you are in the thread editor, click on the button at the top right of the editor. This is a toggle that will change you to bbCode. Highlight the image code and click the Insert Link button. It will ask for the URL of the document or page you want to link to. When done, just click the same button (bbCode) to go back to the WYSIWYG editor. Then go to the thread and give it a try.

        Well,

        I figured it out somewhat. You can not open a word document when you push the button. It will only download.

        You can open up an email link when they push the button.

        It has to be coded this way:

        [url=http://www.yourdomain.com/paymentlink.html][ img ] http://www.yourdomain.com/buttongraphic.jpg [/img][/url]

        **no spaces on the first "img"
