People are still building directories?

Like webmaster resources, link directories in a particular niche?

Why I am asking is I have a directory with around 35000 internet resources. I don't have time anymore so trying to post it on the web site sales forum.

So still these are people interested in developing these directories?

    I have no idea why - Penguin kinda killed em.

    Links from websites that receive spammy links to and/or from those sites are bad links - and directories are notorious for that (with rare exceptions).

    Matt Cutts had a recent webmaster video on that he posted on Twitter.

    Not like article directories. Ezinearticles.com, associatedcontent.com etc. had decreased visibility after Panda.
