Linkshare Friendly Affiliate Store Theme

While I mainly do offline and ecommerce stores, I have a domain in a particular niche that makes me a little money on a crappy wordpress blog with no original content in about 3 years. It is a perfect niche for an affiliate store but I want to use one of my merchants from Linkshare instead of Amazon given the better payouts.
Can anyone suggest a good free or paid theme that I could build the store out on? Or would you just suggest using, let say a woocommerce theme and adding the product through there. I know a lot of the automation plugins are designed for Amazon associates, do they work with the Linkshares and CJ's of the world too?
