Bombarding your website with PLR articles

Please comment on what I'm thinking here.

So PLR articles.

There are tons of PLR articles lurking in the web and I learned that you can get like 1000 PLR articles of some niche for $5 or perhaps even more.

They're not unique, so if you use one of them without rewriting any then you'll probably find your articles at 10 different websites.'

So if I'm planning to use PLR articles for Ad Sense then I might as well start to pack my website because Ad Sense only approves unique articles per website (please correct me if I'm wrong with this, I'd love any of you to correct me if I really am ).

Now, the crazy plan that's coming to my head.

Start another website, say health and fitness niche because that's the most saturated niche and has the most PLR articles I've found so far.

Then invest say some $10 for some good PLR articles I can buy as well as the free ones.

(I probably won't get ranked even with 1000+ articles and keywords included in them all by them self so...)

I'll pay for some good backlinks service, social bookmarks here and there to attract some traffic, you know.

Adsense is out of the question because they're not unique articles so after a month, hopefully I got at least like 1000 searches per month already, I then put some CPA ads on the sides and in the post as well as apply the website for BuySellAds.

Then viola! That's it. I couldn't find any related articles about this in this forum or other sites so I thought of starting my own thread about this as well.

Please don't just say negative things but also explain why, you can say all the negative things you want about this plan but please explain why because that's what I'm really after. You guys are the experts, not me. So? Whatcha think warriors?

    Hey Jensha ...

No doubt its a good idea but what i see there is that you are trying to trick the big G ...
From my little experience its not that easy to do that ... Google is getting really smart as you have also seen ...

You will get traffic through social bookmarking and other stuff you have mentioned but as you are not ranking the website so you have to keep on pushing on that front ... meaning that you have to keep spending money on these things. Do some calculations first to see the spending and earning and what i can see is that it wont be very profitable

    Best of luck

    Thanks for the insight.

That's what I thought so too, that I won't be getting too much traffic from search engine even if visitors would search for the same keywords in the search engines unless I use some backlinks services, even just cheap ones.

Then get the most of traffic through social networks that I'll make for the site like Facebook and Twitter as well as social bookmarks.

My real target here is buysellads... So far.

When I've read about it, to me it's like adsense as well but not that strict as long as you bring the traffic you promised to your buyers.

Backlinking wont be helpful i think ...

I think google first see the articles and once this test is failed google wont even go to the next step ....

I do purchase plr articles because most of the content is very good however I do take the time to sit down write the articles in my own words they are unique, I find this alot easier than searching the internet for content. If you dont like to write just hire someone from i writer or elance to either write original articles it really is't taht expensive you can get a really good 500 word article for around 5 to 7 dollars

why can't you rewrite 50% and spin 50%. it's so much easier to rewrite articles then coming up with unique content. i think you could be on to something but dont let the articles get in your way as it doesnt have to be expensive.

    That is not correct.

You don't need unique articles, but you could rewrite some a bit if you want to.

I read a marketing blog where the guys took unedited PLR and blasted it to their blog.

They did not see any Google penalty.

They tried a number of different things and were able to test the level of "crap" plr that Google would accept without affecting their rankings.

I can't recall the blog and I am searching Google and my web history for it as it was an excellent case study.

When I first started I created a website in the financial niche with nothing but plr articles that I never edited. I never do anything to the site now because it sucks but it still ranks on the first page of google, bing, and yahoo for its keyword. Kinda funny, check it out if you want , www.taxhints.com

Whoa for real? I don't have an adsense account yet and I know it would cost a lot for me to outsource all the unique articles too. Can you show me that blog or case study please? If this worked for them, I'd be blasting one of my blogs with old and new PLR articles too!

Thanks for sharing about this. You can make a few tweaks in it to make it more cool, it's really ranking on the search engine when I checked it.

There are many uses for the PLR article. Why not you build your own list of subscribers and sent them the PLR content to read so that they will get value from it.

You will be building a long term internet business which enable you to promote other relevant products to them in the future.

    Just my 2 cents

Thanks for the insight. I don't have a list yet. I'm planning on building one in the future and sell them sell products on the way. But right now, I just want to monetize websites. You know, either through ads by ad sense or buysellads. Thanks.

But don't you feel that it will be better to build your own list of subscribers first and then have the website where you can monetized through advertisement. Once you have a list of subscribers, you will be able to direct them to the website whenever you have new content on the website.

Since you will be investing your time and effort into driving traffic to the website, I just personally you are not getting best ROI if you are now building your own list from that traffic.
