    I think the lack of response is because your thread is incredibly confusing.

    Are you sure that you mean a "ghost writer"? Or did you mean using a pen name to remain anonymous?

    Ghostwriters create content for others. They generally give up all rights in exchange for a fee.

    What exactly are you asking?

    Amazon/NookPress/etc allow you to publish your books under a pen name if you wish (during publishing phase.)

    Unless you're referring to something else entirely....?

    Hello HawkPrecision,

    I agree with JoeMack that your question is incredibly confusing because ghostwriters and publishing anonymously are two different things (and I've done both. :-)

    As for marketing the book on Amazon, presuming you are publishing under a pen name (or even if you are publishing under your own name), yes, you do need to market it - while Amazon will market it for you, it always helps to promote your own book as well. Just because Amazon markets your book DOESN'T mean that you CAN'T.
