Keyword research tool neeeded

Hey I want to add google search result numbers to the data from the google keyword tool.

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Then I can cross analyze the keyword competition with the search results.

I used to use wordtracker data for this and run it through keyword results analyzer.
But wordtracker doesnt seem to offer the 3 day subscription any more.

I also downloaded the latest goodkeywords yesterday and it works with the google CSV's beautifully, however without the analysis features like KRA has its pretty useless.

So a simple tool is required - input keyword list - output google search result numbers for same list.

Is there such a tool available ?

Micro Niche Finder is probably your best keyword research tool but it does come with a price tag - it is SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD though, it's worth its price

  • Market Samurai does this and so much more. It's the greatest keyword tool I've ever used - and I've used plenty. It's not cheap though. It will set you back $147 but there are no monthly fees or anything like that (just a one-time fee).

A friend of mine is developing a nice tool. It's not even at Beta yet, but it in its present iteration it retrieves Google KW variations, Google KW search count, Adwords CPC, as well as Current Adwords Competition.

Does it in about 2 nanoseconds too and provides a nice CSV file with all of the data.

I'm unsure to whom he will be releasing it though. If there is interest here, I can let him know.

I'd be interested in hearing more about this.

Sounds very similar to keyword elite. Which I think is a decent piece of software, but does cost quite a bit.

Keyword Research Pro gets Google data and Wordtracker data, and shows the results in quotes, in title, etc. It's the best one I've used in six years.
One time price, no monthly fees.

Keyword Results Analyzer is my favorite for functionality - but it only processes lists.

I have used Market Samurai and it does some cool stuff but i find it unpleasant to use.
    Same with keywordelite.

Right now If I could just add that extra column of data to the stuff from google keyword tool I'd be happy.

I agree with Gareth that KRA is best for searching keywords.

Sounds like you might want to head over to RentACoder.com and get a contractor to do this for you. For $20 you could find a college kid to do it (possibly), or for $50 you could get a recent grad and throw in some extra features while you're at it.

I agree that Micro niche finder is a great tool to be using in conjunction with Google's free tool.

I like Market Samurai but I think all the data comes from Google. Traffic Travis has a free version and the data comes from various places.

I concur with many of the posters on this thread that Micro Niche Finder is a handy tool. I also used Market Samurai and enjoy it as well.

I like Market Samurai, but sometimes I have problems getting it to provide the competition results that lets you know how many competing web pages there are. I haven't dove too much into the other features yet... some of which are still under development.

I might have to check out Micro Niche Finder. The price isn't all that bad.

How much is the Keyword Research Pro?

Also Clickbooth had a webinar a few weeks ago about some guy promoting a very interesting PPC type of keyword tool. It did some pretty fancy analysis of competitors PPC campaigns. I can't remember what it was called though.

There is also something call PPC Web Spy or something along those lines. Don't know how good it is though.

I saw mentioned that you used market samari in the past. Take a second look. I've used many keyword tools and this is the only one I now use 95% of the time.
