Hey guys,

I've seen some scripts out there that reward an affiliate $X for every confirmed double opt-in they send to a certain webpage.

Anyone knows the specific name(s) of such script(s)?

    I don't know of such scripts but there are several affiliate networks offering CPA (cost per action) or CPL (per lead) such as RocketProfit, Maxbounty, Hydra, Azoogle, Linkshare, Commission Junction, ShareASale and others.

    If you want to run your own program without a network - most affiliate software (such as idevaffiliate) will be fine, and these are scripts. They don't really know if there was a sale or lead just that the visitor came from an affiliate link and ended up on a thankyou page.
