Help to post in classified ads site auto/semi

Can you help me with automating posting in certain classified site like (alamaula , olx), this sites are not equal in the process to post, are differents.
I want to post ads in this kind of site, but the task is tedious, I want to automate the process to post automatic or semiautomatic.
Imacro is usefull for this?
other software?
I only use class site in differents countries and not in US
