Instant Notification

Is there a way to keep track of forums/answering sites and get real time instant notifications.

How would you do this.
a) I would like to be notified if someone posts a question about say "ABC" in forums that I have specified (like in warrior forums even), or forums that I have *not specified, in real time.
b) I would like to be notified if and when someone posts a question or an answer in Q/A sites about keyword "ABC"
c) I would like to be notified if and when someone says something in twitter about keyword "ABC", directly or indirectly, that is even by mentioning a competitor name, that is not an "exact match" of ABC itself, but something close enough (this is different from a broad match in the parlance of adwords)
What i can think of are social media monitoring tools, reputation monitors, and samepoint.com, but do these offer real time dashboarding functionality that serves like zopim does, BUT this would be different from zopim in that it collects and presents inforamtion from different other sites?
