(Question) I've seen something today that's very cool and am wondering how to do this. Anyone?

I was browsing through Facebook Ads today and found something really COOL. And wanted to find out if anybody knew how to pull this off.
I think I saw this in one of the facebook WSOs but just can't think of which one.
So what it does is once you click on the facebook ad, it will take you to a page where there is an image that says click on Like button above to play the video. And when you click on that Like button, it takes to a video sales page where it's embedded in a facebook page.
You know what I'm talking about?
If you could tell me how to do this, I would really appreciate it. : )
