Need Advice... What Can This Guy Who Can't Speak English Do That's Profitable?

I have this guy I outsource to in the Philippines. He works for $50 per week. That's like 4,500 Philippine Peso.

He doesn't speak English all that well. At first I was having him do some simple copy and paste work. He works hard and is a nice guy.

Except I don't believe what we're doing is even covering the $50 per week cost. I'm not seeing the results I thought I would... after trying what a friend told me would create certain results.

So I guess I need help with this because I'd like to keep him on board. He likely depends on the income. I just need him to do some mindless stuff that will be more profitable than $50 per week.

Do you have any ideas?

I know it'll probably be more profitable just to pay someone to write like 10 articles or just throw $50 into my ad campaigns. I just like this guy and want to keep paying him IF I can make it profitable.

I need to make a quick decision before tomorrow.

web design (not the actual content)
    graphics
    article submission

and what I'd use him for:
    link farm building.

You could turn the idea on its head and develop a series of products for the Filipino-speaking community in the U.S. and have him play a part.

All I could think of was perhaps something involving graphics, but I think that the above sounds like it could be a really good idea. I hope you come up with something - I'll keep thinking on it too.

    Thanks for the tips.

    hmmm...

The smart thing to do would to put that money into something else, so I might just have to go with my brain. Even though I'd like to go with the heart, it would be like donating money.

Because even with link building, I can get thousands of links on directories by hand for example for like .14 a submission. Same thing with article submissions. I can get a lot more done for a lot less (using Article Marketer or iSnare).

Pick a niche in the filipino language. Do a landing page, have him visit forums that are related to said niche. Have him participate in forums that are related to your niche and use the signature to point back to the squeeze page. If he is active enough, you are bound to turn profit with him.

Only problem is that Filipino currency is worth a lot less than USD.
