    Always been my motto..."plan, do, review" with the DO part of this the most important part.

    Your goals will be reached IF you focus your learning, take massive action, look at success as a pure numbers game, tweak and grow.

    Setting goals is fine, then being massively motivated to put a plan together and taking action is most important. Sounds like you are well on your way.

      Setting goals and making a plan of how you are going to reach them is so important.

      In addition, you must be creative and start taking action towards your goals.

      After that you can review, tweak, develop and grow into a successful business owner.
