Can you help with this UNIQUE Situation?

My brother who is into retail business approached me.
He wants to start export business and wants me to help.

He knows that I do a lot of stuff online and so wanted me to help him find buyers online.

Now How do I do that?
He already knows about places like alibaba where buyers leads can be found but he is not sure whether that will work.
Actually, even I am not sure whether places like alibaba work or not.
What about ebay. Can people export using ebay.

Please give me some Ideas Warriors!!

Consider doing a search for wholesalers and search for exporters using Google. If anything, check out tradekey.com
