I listed a product on the JVZoo marketplace, but when I made a test purchase, I received a message saying "payment error".

I really need your help on this issue.

        You need to ask JV Zoo at the URL I posted and be specific with the issue.

        You could add more details to your post and someone here might have a solution. Just be clear with the error. As it is, isn't not.

    Did you try to buy the product from yourself? That might have caused the error.

    I believe you need to use a different PayPal address to order other than your own or you'll get an error.

      I am happy now because I fixed this issue with your help.

      Here is the solution:
      I contacted JVZoo support and they sent me the following info:
      You will also want to ensure that your account is set up to take US Dollars, the default payment option. You can find out how to set your account up by reading this knowledge base article:

      How do I set my Paypal account to accept USD? - Powered by Kayako Resolve Help Desk Software

      So I added the US Dollar currency to my PayPal account and the problem was solved immediately.
