Need Help About Non Resident LLC

Hello Members,

I am Software Engineer by profession and running small online business from Pakistan. Like many others (who cannot use PayPal in their home country), the time has come when i am thinking to use my own PayPal verified account to offer services.

I have searched a lot about US LLC but want to take more help from the experts.

- Am i going in right direction to open LLC in US ?
- Any good company who can help me in setting up LLC like (EIN, Registered Agent, Bank Account etc)
- Can i setup PayPal business account after that ?

Please share your experience and guidance in this post as it can be really useful for many others.

Thanks in advance.

LLC is the correct route to go. Your personal assets will not be on the line when you go this route as well as a few other attractive benefits.

When filing for a LLC, it comes down to the state you are in. Each state has sites that specialize in filing for LLCs, fictitious names and everything else related to that. For example, in Florida I go to www.sunbiz.org - Home

PayPal has multiple business account options. One of them is $5 a month and the other is $30 a month. Go to the site and take a look at the differences. They're a very solid choice and a lot of my clients I build eccomerce sites for use paypal for business.

      Thanks willrod,
I am also thinking about different reservations as a non-resident like,

      - Can there be any illegal use in my absence from my Registered Agent or any other possibility ?
      - Might there be any objection by PayPal when i am not national of US but my LLC is regitered there ?
      - Can there be any problem in transferring funds to my home land ?
