CAN-spam PO adress needed?

I live in Belgium, Europe. Do I need to add an adress too to obey to the CAN-SPAM?
I'm not able to buy PO boxes in the US, if it's possible tell me how.

    If you're using an autoresponder company which incorporates US law into its own terms of service, I think you will, yes. If they're in the US (and probably even if they're not) they'll insist on it, anyway. It also probably helps to be Can-Spam compliant, regarding the security of your domain-registration, hosting, and so on - even if you're not using an autoresponder company. I'm no lawyer, but I'm guessing that "giving an address" is probably the right thing for you to do, one way and another, even though US law may not stricly speaking apply to you as a Belgian citizen.

    Why would you want to use a PO box address in the US, if you live in Belgium? A Belgian one will be perfectly ok.
