For $9.24 USD you get a whole YEAR of hosting AND a domain name registration.
Dreamhost are a great host (Paul Myers uses them... 'nuff said) and this deal is just ridiculous.
Usually if you want to pay monthly it's $50 setup fee then $10.95 a month. If you pay yearly you bypass the setup fee though (which is only a one-time thing).
