Are you Passionate about your Online Business?Donald Trump Thinks You Should Be

Hey Fellow Warriors,

Last evening I was watching the Celebrity Apprentice -- Donald Trump as he often does interjected some of his wisdom.

He feels that there are many intelligent, business persons who fail because they are not passionate about their product/service. Which ultimately results in failure.

The more I thought about it, the more I think he is right.

My question, how do we project that passion on our website/blogs?

Is it in the articles we write, the statements we make?

Personally I have always found it a bit of challenge to convey these types of emotions without seeming overbearing or a complete nimrod ---

Any thoughts

Talk to you soon

If we truly love what we are doing, I think the passion for our business will show through no matter what. By finding information that will truly help others, people will sense the care and attention we give our business.

My first couple of attempts at an online business were less than successful mainly because I didn't know much about the topics and was less than passionate about them. When I realized what my true interests were and how I could help others was when I actually started making connections and doing well.

It took me a while to get there but it was well worth it!

  • Probably the best way is to actually tell people that you're passionate about your service or product - up front, and the reason you are passionate about your service or product.
This honest approach works well, and people will find out a little about you, making their experience more personal & friendly.

I agree totally, but I think especially with an online business, earning trust and respect is a very hard issue.

I think you can convey passion and excitement in everything you communicate about your product/service/websites, etc. It comes out in your writing or your speaking or the amount of effort you put into doing the everyday tasks associated with your business.

I would suggest that passion will be conveyed in the amount and quality of the information you share. Also - I've found that it's much easier to convey passion (not to mention have people REALLY get to know you) by adding videos to my blog posts. That way they not only get to see you, but they also get to heart the sincerity in your voice (which is much harder to do with words)

I think Donald Trump is right on that too because I was passionate about my products and my business. Whenever I create a new product, I make sure that it is an addition or an added feature or help to my existing business. I believe that if I need it then most probably other people like me will like it too! So what I always did is just to improve my business by finding what is lack with me or what is really needed to improve it.
