How can I report a member that owes me commissions?

Hi guys, how do I report a member/seller that does not respond to pm's and emails because he owes me commissions for a product I promoted for him? Its not much but its the principle of honoring what you offer!!

Thanks
Miguel

Assuming that you are referring to a Warrior Forum Member that sold a WSO and you signed up as an affiliate through "Warrior Plus", then go here and submit a ticket with your details. Maybe they can help.

You report it to the affiliate network that he is a member of. The WF has nothing to do with affiliate commissions.

      Yep.

Also, if you are on something like JVZoo make sure you are on date with delayed payments (if this applies).

"Assuming" that the OP was referring to a Warrior Forum Member that sold a WSO and that the OP signed up as an affiliate through "Warrior Plus", I added a link to warrior plus support, inorder to go there and submit a ticket. (which is not related to the Warrior Forum, but might be able to work on a resolve).

  • If you're turning out to be any good at promoting, I'd focus more on finding something else to promote and keep doing what you're doing. Let someone else get those sales and pay you those commissions.

No time to waste on bad energy when you could be focusing on more money - principles or not.

JVZoo may delay the payment but what justifies his actions to ignore the affiliates emails, PM and such..this is unethical.

If the purchases were through JV Zoo - he should be contacting them - not the seller. I doubt we're getting the full story - that's often the case.

JV Zoo will just tell him to contact the seller. They don't do anything to sellers who don't pay affiliates.

In that case you're probably on delayed payments. That's a feature to help prevent affiliate fraud, which was a problem before the delay feature was implemented. If that's the case your payment will automatically be made to you at the end of the delay period.

That's no excuse for not replying to you, but it does mean you're probably not being cheated out of the commissions. Once something is sold through JVZoo the seller doesn't really have any control over the funds affiliates are due.

Why would you promote a product if you think it s..ked?

    Hey,

I'm just curious... if the product sucked, why did you promote it?

Not tryin to bust your chops or anything but you should NEVER recommend a product you haven't even looked at. Your credibility with your list(not to mention your integrity) is too valuable to risk like that!

If I were you I'd forget about the commish and instead think of something you can do to make up to your subscribers for promoting a crap product.

That would probably be the best way to spend your energy at this point, rather than trying to chase down a few bucks.

Just my 2c, and you can take it for what it's worth, but that's what I'd be concerned about personally.

    I hope that helps.

    Tony

Seems like you`ve promoted something without having an affiliate program between you two. You can`t do much in that case, I`m really sorry to hear that but PM me with what you`ve promoted for him, maybe I`ll give you some work to do, to get that commisions

Why do you say that, when the OP has already specified that he promoted it through JVZoo?

Indeed. This clearly applies, here. I'm slightly surprised the thread's lasted as long as this.

Sorry to hear dude, but WarriorForum staff is not the "commission police" of the internet.

They can't force anybody to do anything.

Take this up with the seller directly, and if you MUST report it to anyone, it needs to be JVZoo.

However, they are not the "commission police" either.. just a heads up.

They can't FORCE a seller to give you a dime. Nobody can.
