Amazon affiliate ?

I approved to be an amazon affiliate with ebooks (or software) site, then to promote, is it limited that the catagory of ebook(sofeware) according to be aprroved? (Can not promote all of other products on amazon site?)

And the promotions of ebooks or books are not especially so profitable among variable products' categories on amazon?
(I guess it doesn't make decent money but hope to be passive income from $ hundes to $ thousands per month with the promotions of ebooks or books. (Is it a kind of absurd?)

    When I first applied for amazon affiliate, I also ticked only few items on the products to be sold. But later on, I changed it and added everything I want to sell by going to Account Setting > Edit your Website Information. :-)

    I don't completely understand your question. But I'll try to answer what I think I understand.

    If you're an Amazon affiliate - you can be an affiliate for all of their products (with a few exceptions...there is a list on Amazon of what you can't earn a commission for)

    And, yes, you could make 100s-1000s of dollars per month from only marketing ebooks and book books. You just gotta sell a lot.
