Anyone affiliate marketing using Pinterest?

I recently revisited trying my hand at integrating Pinterest into my affiliate marketing efforts. I ran into the same old problem of trying to set a Pin URL of my affiliate site in the Pin. The idea of shortening URL's is not new but Pinterest denies bit.ly and tinyURLs. So, I created my own shortening service. You can visit my site and shorten and manage your affiliate URLs for free at PinnedURL. Tell me what you think. If you have other methods for marketing on Pinterest I'm sure the community would love to hear about them.

never had any luck with Pinterest. I think its an overblown traffic source even if you are just promoting your product to women.

i think instagram wld be better than pinterest. i havent seen many wso on pinterest so the site much have been cleaned up. i think instagram will be great as fb is behind it. marketers love fb

I think recent stats showed that 90% of people who had saw something on Pinterest and went onto buy which is much higher than Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or others. I haven't heard of many people getting sales via Instagram but plenty through Pinterest.

As an amazon associate, PINTEREST works very well for me especially when promoting women niche products.

I used to use pinpalbot before it discontinued. Very good software.
