Good way to start making money online?

Hello,

I'm probably the biggest noob here when it comes to making money online.
Since I started thinking about making money online, I've only made around $30, and I started looking into it 2 years ago.
I want to make a little money online, and I've thought of buying a WSO from here, but I have no money to buy any.
Any of you know a few good methods that can earn you just a little? I'm willing to put hard work into it, but I have NOTHING to invest, sadly, only $5 which is on my PayPal right now.

Hope you can help!

I just suggested this in another thread, and I'm going to suggest it again.

Start by selling services to internet marketers. Content writing seems like the best fit for you, with what little I know about you. Your English is good, so you could easily command at least a couple cents per word.

After a while, you'll have enough money to invest in more scalable, less labor intensive ventures.

Use a godaddy coupon to get a cheap domain name, put up a Wordpress blog on some free hosting. Pick a topic you are passionate about and write, write, write. Put adsense or affiliate links on your blog and promote it were people interested in your blog's topic gather online.

I think I will try to gather some money by writing articles for warriors.
I just need a few more bucks, then I will be able to buy a WSO, and hopefully make some income from that.
Thank you for helping me you two!

5$ isn't a lot of money to get started. What I would do is be patient and save up some money maybe around 100$ then the cheapest way I can think to get started is with an affiliate product. Go find a product from jvzoo or clickbank that you could promote. Then buy a solo ad for it. If you have a good enough product and find the right solo ad vendor you can make some cash with this. In the mean time while your earning the money it would be a good idea to reasearch affiliate marketing. It goes a lot deeper than what I just eexplained here and you could learn and earn a lot more. Plus you could get subscribers along the way which is even better.

    Hope this helps,

It is even possible to get blogger blogs ranked for certain keywords..You can start a blog for free and build it around a couple less competitive keywords and offer a service or product....From there, YouTube, social media etc...

I have no idea on how to do the click bank thing, I'm a complete newbie, and I wouldn't put $100 into something I have no idea on how to use.
    I'm trying to learn C++.

I'm thinking of starting a blog with adsense though

You can either start a blog or write articles for an article directory. If you really don't want to spend any money at all, then start a free blog over at Blogger.com

Their blogs rank pretty damn fast, after all, Google owns it. Just do your keyword research based on the specific topic you're going after, write blog posts that contain those keywords and promote it like there's no tomorrow.

How do you promote your blog?

      -Pingomatic.com

      -Facebook

      -Twitter

      -Pinterest

      -Warrior Forum

      -Pod casts

      -Youtube

      -Slideshare

      -Flyers

      -Business cards

      -Bumper stickers

      -T shirts

      -Hats

      -Coffee mugs

      -Bookmarks

      -Friends & family

-Write a short FREE report with built in links back to your blog and share it on all the above methods

Now...if you're going the article directory route such as Ezinearticles.com then you WILL have to spend a few bucks on a .COM domain so that you can forward your domain to your affiliate link. You place your website link in the resource box NOT in the body of the article.

So, you may also wonder how can you promote your affiliate link on your blog? Well, you can put up an image of the product on your sidebar, link to it via hyper-linked text in your blog post, redirect one of your page tabs to the affiliate site, etc.

Hope this post helped. Word of advice, if you're banking on Adsense as your source of income, just forget it. You need to have boatloads of traffic to earn real money with it. I'm not saying DON'T use it, please do. But, make sure you have multiple ways of earning money with your blog. The more income streams you have, the more chances you have of earning some steady flow of income.

Ok.You want to make some quick and easy commisions to invest in a wso?
The I would stay away from the article directories for now.

    Easy method:

    1. Put up a free blog in a chosen niche. Write a review blog about products in your niche.

    2. Join a forum with a lot of members, posts and activity within your niche.
Use your article writing skills in the forum by deliever top notch content.Be helpful. People will soon enough realize you are the real deal and will start to click your link(that links back to your blog) in the signaturebox like crazy.

Hi Nick I have a couple ideas for you that are free. You can use a classified site like backpage.com to promote clickbank products. Backpage is much more lenient than craigslist. You can post in as many cities as you want and there are a lot of internet marketers there that might be interested in what offer you are promoting.

There is also a site called Bubblews where you can get paid a little for posting blogs. Unlike clickbank where you need 100 to cash out you only need 25 dollars. My latest blog post talks more about how to get views to your posts.

Alright, so by reading the posts above, I've thought about starting a blog.
I'm too new to internet marketing to start a domain, I have no idea on how to set it up etc, but I will hopefully learn that on my way when I'm starting with blogger.
I hope I can become successful online one day, it is my dream to be able to work from home, I would simply love it, I swear.

Thank to everyone who helped me here, if you still have methods, you can post them below, your help is really appreciated.

For a newbie, starting a blog is NOT the best way to make money online.

I would say, freelance work (especially writing, design, other services etc) are the best way.

You can sign up for a number of freelancing/writing sites (e.g. elance, odesk, freelancer, textbroker, iwriter, etc) and literally be writing within a few hours. All for FREE.

To start up a blog, you need to write the articles, market the blog, and constantly focus on many other aspects. If you want a decent blog, then you're going to have to splash out a bit of cash ($50-100) for things like a domain name, hosting, etc.

Not to mention the fact that the blog will not start making money right away.

Personally, I would say to work on article writing, use that money to start a blog, and then make a medium to long term plan as to how you will monetize your blog.

      Just my 2c.

The easiest way to start making money online and costs nothing till you sell is eBay.

Start by selling unwanted items from around the home.

Take great photos and write good copy and be honest about the condition of the items.

2 Million people visit ebay every day and $86,000,000.00 a day is sold on ebay

I've heard a bit about dropshipping before, but I'm not sure if it is a good thing to do, since the company's I may buy the product from are scammers etc.

I believe you are having too little money now but for money investing with TLD domain name and reputable hosting are initial for every niche site creators.

Earn some more and go to buy a TLD name with a hosting.

        - Do keywords research based on your preferred niche.
        - Do set up your first site to properly work with your domain.
        - Do creating hight quality and engaging content that sell to your site.
        - Do promoting your site with some free methods such as Social Networks, Forum, SEO, and build relationship with other bloggers on your related niche with interactivity.

Everyone else pretty much covered the basics but I thought I would add my 0.02$.

To make fast money online you can either offer a service or sell a product. If you don't have any capital to invest in your new internet marketing business you need to make some quick money.

You will need to spend money on the following: website hosting, domain name, an autoresponder (for list building), and other expenses like logo design, etc.

I think you should start with a real website. Setting up your first website will be good practice for you. If you use a hosting company like HostGator you can install Wordpress in a matter of seconds. I had no idea how to set up my first website either but I researched each question I had and soon my website was up and running.

But before you start working on your website you need to have a source of income.

    Good luck!

    Hi...

First of all, you should be proud of yourself for making $30. Sadly, most people never makes any more online...ever. Yes, it took you a couple of years to do, but you are on the right track.

I feel for you about not having much funds. We have all been in that boat. The great thing about internet marketing is that you don't need a single penny to start making money. You just have to know what actions to take.

You don't need to buy an WSO. I see that you are a member of the War Room. Go back there. There are MANY, many WSOs that end up being offered for free in the War Room (one cool benefit of being a paid member). But there is also lots of high quality information floating around there too.

Pick a method that best suits you, and then commit to taking action on it EVERY DAY for the next 90 days.

If you do that, you will see results.

    Much Success,

    JoeMack

P.S. There's no one way to make money. See what others are doing. Read. Find what you think fits best with your unique experiences, knowledge, skills, resources, etc. Good luck. Work hard.

If you have a flair for sales copy you could try your hand at selling products for affiliates. While many people take the seedy route of selling diet pills and penis enlargement products, if you want to keep your conscience clear you'll find that

Amazon runs a very successful affiliate program that allows you to make money advertising any of the products for sale on their site. eBay also have a pretty good affiliate setup, with their top affiliates earning $1.3 Million a month, WOW!

It's really hard nowadays to try and make money online when you don't have any money. It used to be easy back in 2007 and probably even before then, but now, not so much.

I do agree that the cheapest way is to create a blog and do reviews of products. Then go to forums, social networks, etc and share value while at the same time doing a soft sale of your blog posts.

But no matter what method you choose, it takes skills and learning marketing strategies is not easy; especially if you don't have any money to pay for courses that will teach you.

The key thing is to select a method and stick with it until you start getting results. If you want to learn different aspects about the affiliate marketing world, you can start by using youtube. They have many training videos that you can watch. Just be sure that whatever you learn, the you put it into action.

    Study paid traffic and listbuilding.

Also consider how to make that traffic profitable. Either through your own product creation or affiliate marketing. Both options are feasible.

Sell something on ebay. You can easily make $5 profit on each sale made, and easily scale this up to 20 sales a day - within your first month. If you dont mind driving down to the post office everyday give this a try. Try by selling something popular/relatively valuable in your home that you dont use or want anymore.

You need to realize that the Internet Business is a real business. If you want to grow it, you need to invest in your business. I would say it is just a matter of whether you are hungry enough to overcome the obstacles and get the results.

LOL $5 bucks...dude get a job and save up some money .

In the meantime you can read about internet marketing and learn the basics on this site for free...Then when you kinda know what you are doing and have some money to invest in your biz you can take this more serious.

No one takes a biz serious when you spend 5 bucks..try dropping $1,000.00 or more online and then you are not messing around...

I'm not gonna spend ANYTHING earned from my job online. Everything I'm doing will come from the internet.
I'm on $10 from PPD, so I'm making progress a little.
I will start out very small, and hopefully climb the ladder slowly up.

I would never waste $1000, maybe I won't make a single cent back.
I have to know what I'm doing before I invest such a big amount of money.

Endless opportunities to make money online. First and most important though, in my opinion, is to understand the logic of internet marketing and how everything works. Learning that will open doors and make you think differently and give you more ideas . Whereas just finding a way to make money might teach you how to be good at the specific method, but, that's just about it!

Their is free information regarding internet marketing all over the net! have fun and good luck !

I suggest starting a blog using blogger, wordpress, hubpages etc. They are all free. All you need to do is write quality content based on your chosen topic/niche then apply for google adsense or other advertising networks.

Then when you have more than $5 to invest then you can start creating sites for affiliate marketing.

If you are good at something, then sell your services at online marketplaces like fiverr or even here through WSO's.

    Hope that helps.

The simplest solution to your dillema is to put the following or similar into google and check out the offers:

In fact one of the first few results is to a warrior forum listing. How cool is that!

One thing that you can do is to create your own information products and sell those such as reports and e-books. I do this myself and I have made some money at it.

It doesn't really cost anything to write an e-book or report, and if you have your own domain name and a site to sell the book on, then you can begin to rake in money, but even with that in place, you also need traffic in order to make that money.

Check out the traffic generation report that I have in my signature file below.

Once you have your own information products in place, and you're driving highly targeted traffic, then you will be building a list and making money online. And, yes, you do need to think seriously about building a list because that's where a lot of your money-making will come from.

I started making money online in 97, in the adult market but i have been doing mainstream since the past 3 years.

If i should start from scratch these days ? I would get softwares that work with social medias to give you an edge. I know it looks "spammy" but trust me, i would really follow this venture. Make sure you read a couple of things on any software makers, before buying anything, as some scripts are "border line" so to speak.. You need to know a little bit what you're doing as it will be a waste of money at first.

I'd suggest for you to find another source of income and use some of it into IM.

Do lots of research, find a system that works and stick with it.
