Support Ticket Software?

Hey guys,

In the process of adding a support desk/ticket software to one of my sites and thought i would ask to see if the Warriors know of any good software that will do this.

To clarify I am after the software that you will leave a ticket and then it will get updated.

Zendesk is the major player when it comes to support desk software, basic plan is around $25 a month.

I really love Hesk Help Desk Software HESK - a free PHP help desk have used it for several large launches and for a freebie, it really does a great job

I use and recommend Zendesk. Great piece of kit.

They have a starter package which is only $20 per year for 3 agents which will be suitable for most.

I think it will be a toss up between HESK or Zendesk - going to check them out now.

There is a software called ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus which helps you to do this effectively.

Your users can just send their issue through email, it will be automatically assigned to the concerned person and you can have pre-defined resolution for those issues. Making use of the resolution, the person can solve this incident in few mins. Its completely automated. Have a look at the website here - www.servicedeskplus.com

Atlassian Jira Service Desk is a full features support/service desk (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-desk) and starts at $10 per month. Also has a free trial.
