Need help with membership site, using s2.

Hi guys,

I would have and really love to go through the training videos on s2 myself, but im running short of time for my launch.
So i figured the best would be to ask you guys who have the experience and knowledge.

My site works like this.

It will be a 3 weeks weekly course, whereby once they subscribe to it, 1st payment will be made, then access to week 1's materials is unlocked.
Once 7 days pass, next payment will be automatically be charged and 2nd week's materials will be unlocked and week 1's material will still be there.
And so on.

They can cancel subscription at any time and future payments will not be deducted and they will still have whatever materials they have paid for unless a refund is made.

Any idea how to do this.

I know this is very common so it may seem stupid asking here.

But im stupid when it comes to tech stuff and my developer seems to have a problem making it work.

Thanks for any help in advance guys.

Additional question at post #5.

I don't know how s2 member works, but my software does not allow cancellation and still allow access to past content. But even with my software there are a way to do this. One way of doing this would be to make a membership level for each week's content. When your script receives each weekly payment have the script upgrade the member to the next membership level.

Then if a member cancels, the member will not be upgraded to the next level and will only have access to the content they did not pay for.

Now that you have brought this up, I will now add a checkbox to my membership script to stop drip if there is a cancellation.

This is some thing that I did not think about when writing my script, but can be added very easily.

    Best regards,
    Steve Yakim

I was thought S2 was easier to use considering its geek openness.
My team uses DAP and they get a good handle from it.

    Is the forum any help?

You can probably use this as a scarcity element in your launch
and give people an opportunity to take advantage of it. Just
    an idea.

    Good luck.
